How It Works
First-Time Subscribers
- •Rolling Fulfillment: Your first box ships within 5 business days if the current seasonal box is in stock.
- •Order Cutoff: Orders placed within 7 days of the next seasonal shipping window will receive the upcoming box (not the current one).
Seasonal Shipping & Billing Schedule
Our boxes are timed to match your family's needs throughout the year:
- •Billed: 1st of January, April, July, October
- •Ships: Between the 7th–11th of those months
If a charge fails, we'll retry daily for 10 days.
Fall (Back-to-School Refuel)
Billed: October 1
Ships: October 7–11
Winter (Post-Holiday Reboot)
Billed: January 1
Ships: January 7–11
Spring (Spring Pantry Refresh)
Billed: April 1
Ships: April 7–11
Summer (Camp & Travel Picks)
Billed: July 1
Ships: July 7–11
